EVENT DESIGN

  • • You want to book ROSE for florals & decor, and want a little extra hands on help with the rest of your event vision.

    • Your event’s aesthetic is important to you, but you’re stuck on design details & need a creative pro to piece together your loose ideas into a magical, cohesive vision.

    • You’re comfortable doing the planning & booking of vendors on your own, but need help selecting/sourcing design related items & need vendor recommendations.

    • You love our style & trust our creative expertise, and want help designing the rest of your event vision to be cohesive with your floral & decor vision.

  • • Creation of customized design concept board for your event including specific items to execute vision.

    • Recommendations for sourcing of necessary items & preferred vendors to execute design plan.

    • Professional assistance in making all design related decisions & unlimited email communication.

  • Event Design packages start at $400+ & are available as an add on to your floral/decor package or as an add on to a Month of Coordination package. Consult required for a personalized quote.

  • This package is an a la carte add on to a floral/decor package. It can also be combined with a Month of Coordination package.

    Event design services are automatically included in our partial planning & full service planning packages & don’t need to be purchased separately if you opt for a more hands on planning package.

MONTH OF COORDINATION

  • • You’ve got the planning process & booking of vendors under control, but want to hand over the reigns to an organized pro in the weeks before your wedding to alleviate some stress.

    • You want to trust a wedding pro to manage all communication & service execution for the vendors you have booked.

    • You want someone present on the day of your event to be the point of contact for vendors & guests to keep things running smoothly & avert any crisis!

    • You’re stressed about wedding day timelines/logistics & want a take charge point of contact to keep your wedding day running on time & according to schedule.

    • The final stretch of wedding planning has you feeling overwhelmed & you want to hand off the stress to someone else so you can be in the moment!

    • Your venue requires you to have a day of coordinator present for the duration of your event.

  • • Email & virtual communication to organize wedding day timeline/logistics details in the months leading up to your event.

    • Final meeting 4-6 weeks before your event to finalize details.

    • Creation of venue floorplan & day of timeline, including vendor specific timelines, & confirmations with all booked vendors.

    • Direct communication with all booked vendors starting at 4 weeks prior to your event date through end of event.

  • Day of coordination packages start at $1200+ depending on size/scale of event & time present on site. Typically ranges between $1200 - $3000. Consult required for a personalized quote.

  • This is our lowest involvement level coordination package, but it is far from basic! We go beyond the traditional ‘day of coordinator’ role to assist you in the entire last month of your wedding planning when you need help the most, so you can be present & rest assured that all the details will fall into place with perfect execution!

    This package can be added on to your floral/decor package. It can also be combined with an event design package for additional design assistance.

PARTIAL PLANNING

    • You want professional assistance to guide you along your planning journey, while still maintaining a more hands on role in the planning process.

    • You want more than just day of coordination, but don’t need full service planning.

  • • Unlimited email & virtual communication in the months leading up to your event.

    • Creation of customized design concept board for your entire event & sourcing of necessary items/vendors to execute vision.

    • Professional assistance in making all design related decisions & selection of any remaining decor pieces.

    • Access to online planning platform & checklists to track all planning progress.

    • Assistance with booking any remaining vendors, vendor communication, & access to our preferred vendor lists.

    This package is the perfect solution for those that need more help than the Month of Coordination package, but don’t need Full Service Planning.
